First one has a dark blue ribbon as the base and it isn't that symmetrical with the light blue ribbon on top. The second one has a deep green color to the bottom double bow and it feels more contrasting, so I would choose the third one. Firstly the color matches well and a double bottom and single top has a nice sequential feel, and it looks big, too.
